🖥️ The Desktop Era Expands

We’ve extended our native container architecture to support more users.

• Native Desktop Clients: Tavrn Desktop is now officially available for macOS and Linux, joining our Windows x64 release.
• Stability Fixes: Resolved an issue where multiple instances of the app could launch simultaneously.
• Persistent Settings: Your desktop preferences now save reliably across every session.

🎨 The Unified Design Refresh

We’re continuing the transition to our new visual language, smoothing out inconsistencies across the board.

• Redesigned Input Area: Unified the message input across desktop and mobile for a seamless experience.
• Refined Room Headers: Cleaner headers with centered titles, improved button placement, and the removal of redundant descriptions.
• Collapsible Members: Added the ability to collapse the members sidebar on desktop to maximize your chat space.
• New Call UI: The entire calling interface has been redesigned from the ground up.
• Mobile Optimization: Cleared up wasted space below the navigation bar for a sharper mobile layout.

🛠️ Developer & Community

• TavKit Launch: TavKit is officially here! This is our new collection of APIs and tools to help you build bots, integrations, and extensions. If you’re ready to build, you can apply for early access here.

🔧 Fixes & Stability

• Inventory Management: Added a dedicated Inventory tab in Settings so you can easily track and manage your Shop items.
• Sidebar Controls: Reordering rooms on the sidebar is back and fully functional.
• Notification Sounds: Fixed issues preventing notification chimes from triggering correctly.
• Presence & Typing: Resolved longstanding bugs with typing indicators and live presence status not updating in real time.
• Permissions: Reworked the channel permissions system for tighter control.
• Moderation: Resolved a bug preventing moderator message deletion.
• Embeds & Links: Fixed several bugs with link previews and invite cards, including instances where elements were appearing doubled or failing to display.
